Returns and shipments


Ballerì delivers its products with DHL Express and GLS. Deliveries will be made during working hours from Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered within approximately: 3/4 working days in Europe, 4/8 working days in all the other countries.


Please note that customs fee and VAT may apply, this fees are entirely borne by the buyer


Order cut-off times as well as delivery lead times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Sale.


We suggest our customers to always carefully check their delivered items upon receiving them: if something is found not compliant with the order, a complete refund is possible upon request.

Here are some useful suggestions:

  • Once your parcel arrives, please check that the package is intact. If not, we suggest that customers DO NOT take the parcel and leave it with the carrier. If this is done, we ask that customers let us know as soon as possible in order to quickly arrange another shipment of the purchased item.
  • In case of anomalies with the package, we suggest to take the parcel but to sign a form of “acceptance with reservation”, this way it will be easier to get a refund due to shipment damages.
  • If the product delivered is damaged or partially delivered, we suggest customers take pictures of the item and the package: in case of refund request, our Customer Care service may ask that the item is returned in order to verify and better understand the issues encountered.


We offer an extended return policy: online purchases made between Dec 1 – Dec 19 can be returned for a full refund until Jan 20.​

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Mumi srls however we understand if you wish to return any or all of the items. Goods which were supplied in error, were incomplete, damaged or faulty, or if you have just changed your mind, can be returned to us using the process found on Your right of withdrawal.

If you have received the ordered Goods and are not satisfied with any of them or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed your Order Confirmation, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving any reason and request a refund within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days of delivery of the Goods.

To procede with the return of the goods send an email specifying your order number and the good, or goods, you’ll want to return.

Upon receipt of your communication we will forward the return form to be completed, printed and placed in the package that you must send no later than 14 days from the day you received the item, or the items, you wish to return.

Please note that while the Goods remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the goods are kept safe, secure and in good condition.

For Italy and the EU if you want to return the goods and get a refund, you can independently return your Ballerì to our warehouse or you can use our “Resofacile” service at the cost of standard shipping, in this case the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

In other countries products are returned at your own cost. Be advised all the customs fees for the return delivery must be payed by the shipper

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

After verifying the integrity of the returned items, we will refund the returned items, using the same payment method used for the payment of the order, without additional costs.
Mumi srls won’t refund any charges such as the delivery, customs, or VAT
Mumi srls may withhold reimbursement until all items are received or until you have shown that you have sent all items, whichever comes first.
You will have to return the goods by sending them to Mumi srls without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you received your item(s).
Mumi srls reserves the right to refuse the return of products in the event that you have not correctly followed the indicated return procedures.
